The USM Student Chapter of SIAM furthers and supports the interest of students, and other members of the
USM community, in applied and computational mathematics. The Chapter will promote seminars, research
presentations, practical skills, and similar activities, as well as participate in and lead outreach
events, to enrich the interest of community members in the field of applied and computational
mathematics, and related fields.
